Elizabeth Novella

Soprano

I am a British-American soprano working to build an international career through consistent stage experience, competition recognition, and growing relationships with major professional companies.

My main stage experience includes principal roles with St. Pete Opera, Teatro Nuovo at Lincoln Center, The Muses Project, Sarasota Opera and the American Symphony Orchestra, as well as concert work with the New York Philharmonic. I was recently named a finalist in both the Tenor Viñas Competition at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona and the Opera Index Vocal Competition. Current and upcoming engagements include St. Mimì in La Bohème at St. Pete Opera, making my Lincoln Center debut as Donna Anna in Don Giovanni with Teatro Nuovo, returning to The Muses Project to perform Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte in 2027, and a scheduled TBA principal role debut with the New National Theatre Tokyo in 2028.

About a year ago, I had the good fortune of signing with Piper Artists Management, which has meaningfully expanded my professional opportunities and opened doors to auditions I would not have accessed otherwise. The reality that comes with that, however, is that I am now traveling at least once a month to take advantage of these opportunities, and the cumulative cost of that travel is a genuine and ongoing financial challenge.

AuditionAir’s mission speaks directly to where I am right now in my career. The barrier is not ability or preparation, it is the cost of getting in the room. A grant of this kind would make an immediate and concrete difference in my ability to pursue the opportunities in front of me. Thank you for your time and consideration.
